Agrowell Sdn Bhd (ASB) is involved with quarry activities and the sale of aggregates and related products.
Hong Wei Holdings Sdn Bhd (90015-K)
Hong Wei Holdings Sdn Bhd (Hong Wei) deals principally with property development in Sarawak. To date, it has completed two development projects:
1. Construction of 30 units of semi-detached houses at Jalan Seladah, off Jalan Song, Kuching (completed in 1994)
2. Construction of "Summerville Villa" - 164 units of semi-detached and terrace houses in Bintulu (completed in 2004)
The company is presently involved in the development of 56 units of shophouses in Kota Sentosa, located 6½ miles from Kuching city.

Kutex Sdn Bhd (Kutex) is involved with the manufacture and sales of woven polypropylene (PP) bags and polyethylene (PE) bags for bagging animal feeds, flours, fertilizers and chemicals. Major customers include Sarawak Flour Mill Sdn Bhd, Gold Coin Sarawak Berhad, Heng Feng Industry Sdn. Bhd., Chong Foh Hin Industries Sdn Bhd, Sabah Flour & Feed Mills Sdn Bhd and Prestasi Flour Mill (M) Sdn Bhd.
Lee Ling Timber Products Sdn Bhd (187652-K)
Lee Ling Timber Products Sdn Bhd (LLTP) is involved with sawmilling and manufacture of other downstream timber products such as parquet flooring, moulding products, furniture parts, and finger jointed and lamination products.
It sources logs from the concessions owned or operated by the various timber-based companies within the Lee Ling Group of companies and other Sarawak suppliers. Sawn timber and timber products are sold locally and overseas. Main overseas markets include Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and the United States of America.
Polyflow Pipes Sdn Bhd (197401-H)
www.polyflowpipes.comPolyflow Pipes Sdn Bhd (PPSB) is involved with the manufacturing and sales of Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE) and High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes.
The pipes range from 20 mm to 630 mm and are suitable for potable water distribution on land and underwater, irrigation, sewerage and effluent disposal, chemical conveyance and gas distribution. PPSB also manufactures and distributes PE fittings.
PPSB products conform to standards specified by SIRIM, the Standard and Industrial Research Institute of Malaysia, that is MS1058 for potable water and MS1086 for gaseous fuels.
PPSB's quality management system in manufacturing of HDPE and MDPE pipes is also certified by ISO9001:2000 by AJA REGISTRARS beginning year 2001.
Polyflow (B) Sdn Bhd
Polyflow (B) was incorporated in Brunei Darussalam and is involved in manufacturing and sales of PE pipes. It is jointly owned by QCHB (55%) and a local partner (45%) to promote the use of PE pipes in Brunei.
Quality Concrete Sdn Bhd (091959-D)
Established in 1982, Quality Concrete Sdn Bhd (QCSB) is a local ready-mixed concrete company, pioneering supply of ready-mixed concrete to the building industry in Sarawak.
QCSB began operations with one batching plant and six mixer-trucks. Since then, it has grown into a successful operation with 12 plants, a total fleet of 120 trucks in all major towns throughout Sarawak and some 269 employees.
It supplies concrete for many of Sarawak's high rise projects, bridges, ports foundation work and reservoirs such as Bangunan Satok and City North Headquarters, Indoor State Stadium and the new Senari Port, Kuching Barrage and the recently completed extension work on Kuching International Airport.
As a result of stringent quality control at various stages of manufacturing, QCSB was awarded the ISO 9001: 2000 certification in year 2002.
Quality Concrete (Mukah) Sdn Bhd
It is 70% owned by QCSB. Currently the company is dormant.
Seri Bumijaya Sdn Bhd
This is the Group's newest member which was incorporated in April 2006. Seri Bumijaya will function as the construction arm for the Group to tap the local construction industry following the launching of 9MP (Ninth Malaysia Plan).
